Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of virtual phone number services, there are specific conditions regarding refunds.
1. General Policy
Generally, we do not issue refunds for purchased virtual numbers once an SMS has been successfully received for that number and the intended activation/verification is completed. By purchasing a number, you acknowledge and agree to this.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We honor requests for a refund under the following specific circumstances:
Action Required: Our system is designed to automatically cancel the activation and refund the amount to your GetOTP account balance if no SMS is received. If this does not happen, please contact support immediately.
Action Required: Contact our support team within 24 hours of the purchase with evidence (e.g., screenshots) showing the error message.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a manual refund, please email our team at support@getotp.net with the following details:
- Your account username or email.
- The virtual number and service name.
- Date and time of the attempt.
- Screenshots of the error.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- The SMS was successfully received.
- The user provided incorrect information or selected the wrong service/country.
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., the app is down or your IP is blocked).
- The number expired because you did not use the code in time.
- Your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds to your GetOTP account balance are typically processed instantly after approval. Cash refunds to the original payment method (if approved in special cases) may take 5-10 business days depending on the gateway.
