Generally, we do not issue refunds for purchased virtual numbers once an SMS has been successfully received for that number and the intended activation/verification is completed. By purchasing a number, you acknowledge and agree to this.

Non-Receipt of SMS If you purchase a number for a specific service and do not receive an SMS message with the verification code within the allocated time (typically 10-20 minutes), you are eligible for a refund.

Action Required: Our system is designed to automatically cancel the activation and refund the amount to your GetOTP account balance if no SMS is received. If this does not happen, please contact support immediately.
Invalid Virtual Number Issues In rare cases, if a number is flagged as invalid by the target platform before an SMS is sent, you may claim a refund.
