If you are not receiving the OTP, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you entered the correct number on the target platform.
- Wait at least 2 minutes as some networks experience congestion.
- If no code arrives within 5 minutes, cancel the order. Our "No OTP, No Pay" policy ensures you are only charged for successful activations.
Some platforms recycle numbers or blacklist them. If this happens, cancel the activation immediately. Your balance will remain intact. We recommend trying a new number from a different country or using a fresh proxy/VPN.
No, our standard numbers are for one-time use only. Once the session ends or the OTP is received, the number is discarded and cannot be used again for security reasons.
Crypto and card payments may take 5-15 minutes to confirm on the blockchain or gateway. If your balance isn't updated after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction ID.
We guarantee the delivery of the SMS code only. If the platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) bans your account after registration, we cannot provide a refund as the SMS service was successfully rendered.
